Lemento was founded and is headed by Tom Vanderbauwhede (°1972). Tom holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics (University of Ghent). He also holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a master’s degree in Strategic change management & leadership from Utrecht Business School. Tom is also a certified ADKAR change manager.

Besides his passion for Lemento, Tom is a keen sportsman (soccer, jogging, padel), music lover (DJ, producer) and bon vivant (good food, tasting, traveling, …).
