Project Description

We are a global company seeking an experienced and senior-level strategy facilitator to lead our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) through a strategic process during an in-person event in Brussels from in October. The facilitator will work directly with our C-suite executives, guiding discussions, shaping strategy, and ensuring productive outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Senior Executive Experience: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating executive teams, ideally at the C-suite level.
• Strategic Expertise: Proven expertise in strategy development, execution, and leadership through high-stakes processes.
• Executive Presence: Comfortable working with senior executives and able to manage high-level strategic discussions.
• Onsite Engagement: The facilitator must be available to be onsite in Brussels for the duration of the event.
