Lemento creates a powerful brand for the AB Inbev University
AB Inbev is the leading global brewer and one of the world's top five consumer products companies. Based in Leuven (Belgium), AB InBev employs approximately 116 000 employees in operations in 23 countries across the world. A true consumer-centric, sales driven organization, AB InBev manages a portfolio of well over 200 beer brands. AB Inbev’s dream is to be the best beer company in a better world.
Training and development of its people is a top priority for AB Inbev. The goal is to develop the best people to deliver the dream to be the Best beer company in a better world. Therefore a unique AB Inbev training set up was created: the AB Inbev University. All main training sessions for the Western European region are held here.
Lemento’s assignment was to create a powerful and recognizable brand for the AB Inbev University.
Strategy and approach
First step was the creation of the visual identity. The visual identity represents the fresh, dynamic and people-centric approach of the University. It is supported by the photography-style. Next step was launching the University and communicating it to the entire organisation. Lemento supported this internal communication campaign. Every year Lemento also creates a yearbook for the University, summing up the University’s achievements during the past year.
